With an organization consistently focused on keeping costs low, moving to a digital platform was a fantastic opportunity for the annual report to evolve. Considering its various internal and external uses throughout the year highlighted its greatest needs. Rather than an expensive hard-copy document, the annual report became a matter of mailing donors and shareholders a postcard with a teaser of information and a link inviting them to view our report online—which exponentially increased its accessibility. The report was available to view via screen, PDF download, and with the option to print. It was available in two versions, with and without donor names. Taking into consideration internal digital needs and purposes, each page translates to a PowerPoint slide image that can also be printed as a single sheet.
